Social impact

Our 2,000 workers are not just employees — they are the foundation of everything we produce. Atashi Fashion invests in safe working conditions, fair wages, skills training, and worker welfare that goes beyond legal minimums.

With a 68% female workforce and active recruitment from underserved communities around Dhamrai, we create meaningful livelihoods and economic empowerment in our local area.

We have never employed child labour in 20+ years of operation. This is non-negotiable and is verified annually through independent social audits (SMETA, SLCP, BSCI).

Our factory operates open-door audit policy — buyers and their nominated auditors can inspect the facility at any time with reasonable notice.
